Hostel Facilities are provided at JNNCE. The college has three separate hostels for boys with a total capacity of 570 students within the campus and one for girls situated outside the campus with a total occupancy of 175. The hostel provides single accommodation for final year and Post graduate students.

Annapurna Mess caters to the boarding needs of the students with spacious infrastructure facilities. Mediclaim group insurance is been provided for all hostel inmates.
